My motivation

My Movember 2023

Fundraising Target - £500

Movember raises money for 3 important causes; mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Funds raised go towards supporting people who suffer from these illnesses, mainly in the form of research and social projects. Mental health is the cause that I have the most connection with through experiences in my closed circles. Any donations you can give make a massive difference.

Fundraising for Movember was a massive part of my university life and I don't intend on stopping anytime soon. Many people close to me have suffered from all three cause areas and I want to do my bit to stop men dying too young, even if it's sometimes a bit unorthodox! Since starting Movember in 2019, I have raised £4,000 by running a marathon, getting a tattoo, and shaving my head, as well as many other things. I now work for Movember in the community fundraising team and will once again be growing a Mo to save a Bro.

Please donate anything you can via the link below. All donations mean a lot to me, but even more to the people that will benefit from them.

Have a great Movember,

Ferg
