My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm joining the Movember movement again this year to raise the profile of mens mental health and suicide. Suicide is the biggest killer of men aged 45 and under in the UK. It's time this stopped. Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service has felt this kind of tragedy first hand in recent years we are united together to prevent it ever happening again. Please donate whatever you can, I know money is tight but any small amount will help.

At 7pm tonight myself and my colleagues from Liskeard Fire Station will be starting our 24 hour danceathon. 1st session Radio1 dance anthems. I will be donning my fedora, glasses and braces for two-tone hour. My tuxedo is coming out at 1am for the smooch hour with Mrs Goldsmith and then seeing how my hips snd knees are holding up ready for disco hour!! Please support this very worthwhile charity that deals with suicide and mens health and mental health issues. Right I'm off to the chemists to stock up on ibuprofen!!!
