My motivation

Fundraising for cause areas including:

Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

As someone who took the "toughing it out" approach to mental health for most my life 6 years ago i realised that i needed help as i couldn't mentally cope with various bad thought about my own health crossing my mind. After seeking help i am in an extremely better head space now but there are more men out there just like me. I have had a beard for over 10 years (ever since i could grow a full one) so shaving it all off will be a shock regardless of the terrible moustache that i grow.
Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are "toughing it out", keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
