My motivation

This is something I’m very passionate about and something that is very close to my heart and I would love to raise awareness and support for men’s mental health. It is something that I have personally been affected by and I know many men who go through it on a daily basis so any donation no matter how small will make a huge difference and would mean the world to me. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me
