The Movember Foundation is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.
Help me stop men dying too young.

It can be tough asking for donations, but it always helps to remind people how the money they give is truly helping to make a difference. This video is a great way to do that!

Day 1 - Let it grow, let it grow
Against all odds i'll be growing some kind of fluffy fur under that nose. No it is not me becoming the stereotypical portuguese migrant, it is to raise awareness to men's health issues.
(this post is 2 days late but the photo was taken on the 1st of the month!)

Contra todas as expectativas vou deixar crescer uma pelugem farfalhuda debaixo deste nariz. Não me estou a transformar no típico emigrante português (pelo menos no que toca a bigodes), estou antes a criar visibilidade para problemas que afectam a saúde masculina. (Este post está 2 dias atrasado mas a foto foi tirada no dia 1 de Novembro!)
