My motivation

Heading in to my 7th year campaigning for Movember, still eager as ever to spark a conversation around mens health!

This year I will mainly be focusing on organising & hosting multiple events, starting with the Movember Cup in July, followed by the brand new MoPool tournament November 4th, the second instalment of MoDarts November 18th and all the other little bits in between.

As well as the events I will be captaining the Moteam, Team Brid & Boro. With the aim of collectively raising over £5,000.00 and supporting the lads in any way that I’m needed throughout the month and thereafter!

So if you rate what you see, like what you hear or you’re just feeling generous, donate today and let’s help men live happier & healthier lives.

Hey Ryan

Now the leaderboards have closed, I can confirm that you finished 17th out of the thousands of sports fundraisers in 2022! Thank you so much for your amazing support.

I'll be in touch over the coming weeks to show our appreciation for all your hard work. But in the meantime, I hope you are having a well-deserved rest - you’ve earned it.

Mo wishes

It begins. For those about to Mo - however you're doing it - we salute you. Keep an eye on the UK Sports leader board. The top 20 teams and individuals will be immortalised in Movember folklore (along with some tangible rewards). It's not too late to sign up so keep growing your team and let's change the face of men's health.

2 Weeks to Mo! Welcome to the Movember UK Sports challenge. The top 20 fundraising teams will receive special recognition of their achievements at our Mo Awards and beyond, with your team's name etched into the Movember annals of history. Share your team page and grow your posse of Mo Bros & Mo Sisters. It's the best way to grow your fundraising total. If you need tips, advice and help, email oswin@movember.com. Let's do this.

Remember you have until Thursday 9th December at 10pm to get those final donations in and bump your way up that Sports Challenge leaderboard. Thank you for being a part of an amazing Movember campaign.... please watch!

It's mid-month and the Mos are coming through strong. Farnham RUFC lead the way in the Sports Challenge fundraising leaderboard as I write, but where do you feature?

Don't forget to thank your donors and give potential donors an extra incentive to donate; an example of a Movember funded project, a special thanks from you, or simply because of the terrible itch your moustache is giving you. Thanks sporting Mos, we are over £200,000 raised and going strong!

Good afternoon sports fans and happy Movember 1st!

Whether you are growing, running, cycling, lifting or doing something completely different to raise funds and awareness, best of luck!

Share this video and your motivation for taking part.

Grow your Mo, grow your team and have fun doing good.

Why do you Mo? Bristol Uni football team are taking part in Movember in memory of a teammate. Share your motivations with your network and build your team for the campaign. Click the share buttons on your team page and spread the word.

Owain Doull kindly shared his personal reasons for supporting Movember last year. He's given his backing to the 150 as well. He talks about why it's important to keep supporting others, and reaching out for help when facing mental health issues ourselves.

Hey 150 crew, here are my top 3 tips to help raise vital funds for Movember.

1. Timing is everything. Pay day is approaching at the end of the month, a good time to ask for support. Start fundraising early as well, and it makes it easier to hit your target.
2. Donate to yourself, if you can. It can get the ball rolling, but also shows you're really serious about fundraising.
3. Rally your friends. More riders multiply your fundraising, together. See what you can achieve on a group ride.

Don't forget our water bottle and jersey rewards as well for raising £100 and £500 respectively. Best of luck!

Ozzy from Mo HQ here. Welcome everyone to the inaugural Movember 150, we can’t wait to see how you’re going to take on your 150kms in Men’s Health Week. Thank you so much for your support.

It’s time to plan how you’re going to hit your distance and fundraising goals. You’ll also have the reward of our Movember water bottle for raising £100, and the cycle jersey for raising £500 – two great reasons to get your fundraising started!

If you have any questions, please email info.uk@movember.com or call 0207 952 2060. Good luck!
