My motivation

Heading in to my 7th year campaigning for Movember, still eager as ever to spark a conversation around mens health!

This year I will mainly be focusing on organising & hosting multiple events, starting with the Movember Cup in July, followed by the brand new MoPool tournament November 4th, the second instalment of MoDarts November 18th and all the other little bits in between.

Physically my efforts have taken a slight hit this campaign, however I still intend to walk 60km in 3 days, bike 60km in a week & run 60km within the month!

As well as the events & the physical challenges I will be captaining the Moteam, Team Brid & Boro. With the aim of collectively raising over £5,000.00 and supporting the lads in any way that I’m needed throughout the month and thereafter!

So if you rate what you see, like what you hear or you’re just feeling generous, donate today and let’s help men live happier & healthier lives.

It's mid-month and the Mos are coming through strong. Farnham RUFC lead the way in the Sports Challenge fundraising leaderboard as I write, but where do you feature?

Don't forget to thank your donors and give potential donors an extra incentive to donate; an example of a Movember funded project, a special thanks from you, or simply because of the terrible itch your moustache is giving you. Thanks sporting Mos, we are over £200,000 raised and going strong!
