My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

This cause is one I have supported for many years as it helps in working towards bettering men's health both mentally and physically. This year as part of my drive for Movember I will be growing my tash (as per) and partaking in the Leeds Movember 5km on the 19th of November, more specifically aiming to break my PB and also to win the race.

As time passes we are understanding more that everybody works differently and this organisation is part of unlocking that understanding. Their research into mental health issues amongst other health issues such as testicular cancer help greatly and is something I will be supporting again this year.
