Yes I talking to you! I've proudly participated in Movember for over 9 years, growing a moustache every November to raise awareness and support for men's health issues, including mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer. Each year, my journey has been made even more rewarding with the incredible support of my friends, family and colleagues—absolute legends—who rally around this cause with me. Movember is more than just growing a 'stache; it’s about sparking conversations, breaking stigmas, and making a difference together.

Any donation no matter how big or small is massively appreciated.

MOVEMBER 2021 DAY 1:

So it's begun, @movember has started. This year I started off by suprising an online open mic night (Radio FreakJam go check it out) that I've been part of for the last year.

I arrived, @deadpool tied me up and shaved my beard (I've tidied it up a little bit as he couldn't see in the mask).
