My motivation

I want to grow the most ridiculous moustache I can to raise awareness about male specific cancers & men's health, which is massively under studied & under funded so please donate whatever you can this Movember!

Since my 1st movember back in 2010 my uncle has developed prostate cancer & I am proud to say that I have done my part to raise the awareness of what some people find an embarrising subject. I hope Movember continues to de-mystify men's health & that my face & YOUR generosity can continue to help!

I walked 8 km

100km complete. May have underestimated just how active I am even when I'm not training. From Monday I'll be hitting the gym and see how far above my 100km target I can end up at.

As always please donate whatever you can. I'm soooooooo close to doubling my target which would be AMAZING!!!

Great little effort from the Facebook fundraiser so far. Total is up to £43 so far (some donations are not showing here for some reason).

Thank you soooooooo much to those who have already donated you're all amazing!

Really hope we can take this momentum into Movember and absolutely smash my target and change the face of men's health.

Much Love x

Just over a week until Movember officially starts and I’m already 1/4 of the way to my target of £101 thank you. But we can do better. Please give whatever you can even if it’s £1. With a target of £101 that £1 could be essential.

P.s. will take moustache suggestions for larger donations.

It’s almost that time of year again, where I don a ridiculously thick moustache and do my best to look like Tom Selleck (aka Magnum PI). There is a serious side to all the moustachery and that’s to raise funds for testicular cancer, prostate cancer, and mental heath. Please have a good laugh at my furry face but please please please do give whatever you can for this great cause. Even £1 can start to make a positive change. Thank you
