My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH AGGRESIVE PROSTATE CANCER ON 22nd JUNE, 2016 & YES, I COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD BY NOW!

I was very, very lucky to undergo a robotic prostatectomy with the brilliant surgeon, Declan Cahill, on 20th August 2016. I was just weeks away from my tumour breaking out of my prostate and attacking my lymph nodes, bones and anything else it could attack!

This would have meant I would live with metastasized prostate cancer until my demise. Now only 27% of such victims across the world survive beyond 5 years from diagnosis, so YES, I COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD BY NOW!

Currently I am cancer free and dedicated to bringing awareness to the world of how prostate cancer, testicular cancer and men's mental health not only lead at worst to an early demise, but also the major impact on the quality of life the survivors endure.

Plus, of course, the misery it brings to millions of families across the globe.

You can find out more about my story here:
https://uk.movember.com/mens-health/quality-of-life

ADDED TO THIS - two life long friends died by suicide in September 2008 and December 2011 respectively.

It stuns, hurts & shakes you to the core of your soul when you are informed of such sad and desperate news. The hurt never, ever, ever, leaves you.

SO... Please help me to stop men dying too young; please donate whatever you can. Many, many thanks in advance,
Love & Light

PLEASE SHARE MY STORY ON ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION
My story; captured so eloquently by UK newspaper, 'The Telegraph', is all about an issue not discussed because it is a taboo subject. Erectile Dysfunction is a consequence of prostate cancer that people are steering away from. But unless we raise the issue, nothing will be done about it! Talking about my experience is exactly what needs to happen to help men living with prostate cancer and specifically those who underwent a prostatectomy. Many thanks in advance for sharing my story! My Jude & I would like to say a HUGE thank you to ALL involved with the attached article, specifically ALL of the team at Movember UK who gave me the opportunity to "Tell my Story". Special thanks to Siseley & Ariane who made my Jude so welcome & the lovely Journalist, Lynsey Hope.
PLEASE SHARE THIS LOVELY ARTICLE FAR AND WIDE!
Many thanks in advance and much Love and Light, Elvinx

MOVEMBER UPDATE
Had an utterly WONDERFUL day on the Mace Group's Chelsea Barracks project, presenting on Prostate Cancer Awareness. My colleagues were just the best. The sessions were really enjoyable to present. ALWAYS get a laugh when I ask a member of the audience, "Do you think I've got my erections back yet?"
Thank you guys, much appreciated!
Also a close up of the Mo's progress!

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
