My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer

I am doing Movember for my late, Great Grandad Henry who had Prostate Cancer. My Grandad was in a way quite fortunate to get Prostate Cancer when he did, old age caught up to him first before the disease could. However for many, they aren't so lucky.

Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in men worldwide. The Movember Foundation is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Hey school and college Mo's!

It's nearly the end of the month, and I want to give a heartfelt thank you to you all for your incredible efforts this Movember. We've seen so many amazing students and teachers go above and beyond this year in their fundraising, challenges, events and in their efforts to get their school community talking about men's health as much as possible. All those assemblies and classes on Movember and men's health that you've run make a huge difference, and you never know just how many people you will have supported by getting the word out there.

The Schools Challenge closes officially for Movember 2025 on December 8th at 10pm, so you've still got some time to get those last minute donations in, and to convert those bake sale coins onto the Mo Space!

As of Movember 28th, the Schools Leaderboard Top 10 are.....

Teams:
1 Eton College £30,508.68
2 Bedford School £28,251.72
3 Warwick School £18,344.00
4 Ballyclare High School £12,455.00
5 Cheltenham College £7,451.16
6 Radley College £7,248.45
7 Trinity Academy £7,005.00
8 Congleton High School £6,490.34
9 Gravesend Grammar School £5,524.94
10 Tonbridge School £5,260

Individuals:
1. Liam Richman £5,180.80
2. Isaac Turner £2,860.00
3. Paul Dennis £2,775.56
4. Mr Luke Cuff-Burnett £2,247.00
5. Gurmeet Sidhu £2,180.7
6. Ollie Lewis £2,150.00
7. Sam Delany £2,070.00
8. Jeff Goy £1,810.00
9. Chris Clyne £1,790.00
10. Joe Basquille £1,675.00

Remember - you've got till December 8th at 10pm to finalise your spot!

Let's keep the men's health message going strong, not just till the end of the month but all year round.

PS. Please feel welcome to post your school's Movember journey or photos on The Schools Challenge UK page to share with our community!

Thanks,
Julia, Mo HQ
