Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm growing a moustache for Movember to raise awareness in men's health issues. My brother was diagnosed with testicular cancer a few years ago and after finishing treatment he made a full recovery. His strength has been an inspiration and I am encouraging guys everywhere to check their tackle. I know that for so many men it's not always easy to reach out when things are tough. Movember provides an opportunity to help those men who may be struggling.
