My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

After doing this for 7 years in a row, last year saw me return after my MObbatical. And I'm proud to say that people have kindly donated over £3,000 for my MOnstrosities since 2009.

My MOtivation comes from a couple of sources. We sadly lost a dear friend who took his own life a couple of years ago. It took everyone who knew him by complete surprise, and devastated his family. It's ok to not be ok, and we should all take it upon ourselves to ask how people are and to help and support them when times are tough...or when they don't seem tough.


With Movember also supporting mental health issues, I will be sporting a Mo on behalf of my dad of course, who bravely battled with Alzheimer's before losing his fight at the young age of 67.

My original source of inspiration sadly passed away after a long and dignified fight against prostate cancer. But he remains a big MOtivator.
