My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves, and struggling in silence.

This year on top of losing the beard and growing an epic 'stache I'll also be running 60km throughout November for the 60 men lost to suicide every hour across the world.
