I thought I would share the plans for Movember this year. I’ve detailed below all the different activities and events happening throughout the month. I’ve also included the sign-up links for each of the events below:
• Grow a Mo: Many of our colleagues across the country will be braving the itchy upper lip all in the name of men's health.
• Move for Movember: With the summer games earlier in the year we’re changing up how move for Movember will work. This year we want to encourage everyone to improve both their physical and mental wellbeing by taking at least one meeting each week on a walk.
• Below the Mo (8th November 1pm – Virtual): Below the Mo is a presentation with light touch interaction based on building better connections and relationships. It’s a gentle introduction to getting men to feel more comfortable thinking and talking about their own health and how to look after it. • Health Talk (26th October 1pm – Virtual): A lunch and learn session to provide an insight into the three cause areas and the work Movember are doing to tackle the men’s health crisis, while spotlighting where all your amazing fundraising goes and how you can get involved. Sign Up Here
