After having to cancel the team event at the weekend, due to bad weather, two of us had a day to play with and decided to walk the 2 Lairig's (47km with 1442m elevation over the distance). Despite that we made it and are glad to add that to our Movember moves total. We plan to do the run with the full team in spring time ....when we can see the path!!

Update 5/12/20: We have had to take the tough decision to cancel the event for this weekend. The weather has closed in causing whiteout and thick snow with subzero windy conditions, even in the Lairig passes. However, all is not lost. We are going to honour the challenge and importantly all the lovely people who sponsored us and we will rearrange to another, safer weather window. We will keep you posted. Love from all the Moustacheicans

Thank you all so much for donating to this charity which aims to help prevent male suicide and increase awareness of testicular and prostate cancer, as well as supporting people going through all these journeys. A wee photo from the top of yesterday's training run up Braeriach.

The jury is out on whether we run the 60km (37 mile) in one day starting in the dark or walk/ run it over two days. It will probably come down to weather conditions.
