Our Motivation

Arden Dies Ltd are raising funds and awareness this Movember for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives. We need your help. Please donate to support men's health. Globally, on average, 1 man dies by suicide, every minute of every day.
Many of us have been affected by family members or friend whom sadly took their on lives, due to mental health illness.
After speaking with colleagues, we agreed to try to raise awareness and hopefully some funds for a man’s mental health and suicide prevention charity, by signing up for Movember.
Movember is looking at mental health through a male lens, focusing on prevention, early intervention and health promotion.
We’re working towards a world where men take action to be mentally well, and are supported by those around them. Raising awareness and talking about it is the first step.
Any support and donations would be welcome.
