Every year, men die too young. From prostate cancer. From testicular cancer. From suicide. And most of the time, nobody in the office is talking about it. We want to change that. And we need people like you to make it happen.

We're looking for Workplace Ambassadors. People who'll bring Movember to life where they work; not with a script, or a rulebook, but with whatever works for you and your crew.

This could be arranging a lunchtime shave down, getting 20 mates signed up to Move, or host a conversation about mental health in the kitchen over a coffee. You decide what works for your office and we'll back you up.

What you'll actually do

• Rally your colleagues around Movember's three cause areas; mental health, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.
• Be the person who gets things moving.
• Organise events, spark conversations and lead your workplace's fundraising campaign however you see fit.

We'll suggest some targets to aim for, but you can pick and lead what best fits your workplace.
