PM David Cameron salutes Mo growth on Prime Minister's question time.

Magnificent Growth

Prime Minister David Cameron has saluted the 'magnificent growth' of George Freeman MP in Prime Minister's questions, and acknowledged other 'banditos' sporting facial hair in parliament this Movember for men's health, whilst admitting that more needs to be done for those facing prostate cancer.

Cameron revealed his frustration at being unable to grow a moustache in solidarity with other MPs.

And he emphatically agreed with George Freeman throwing the spotlight on prostate cancer saying: "This is important. Better diagnosis, better knowledge, better information are all vital to beat prostate cancer".
