Our Motivation

The reality is men’s health is in crisis. With our Movember Mo-ve Challenge, we aim to smash those elusive 10,000 daily steps while fighting for a cause that touches us all.

Whether it's a brother, a father, or a friend—there's a man in your life who needs you to step up, Movember supports Men’s mental health, suicide prevention, and in the fight against prostate and testicular cancer. And with your help, we can make a massive difference. Some stats to put things into perspective:
• Globally we lose one man to suicide every minute, of every hour, or every day.
• Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men aged 15-34.
• Prostate cancer is the most common for men over 45.
• On average, men are dying 4.5 years earlier than women, and for largely preventable reasons.
