My motivation

Staff from across Howdens are going to be taking part in the Howdens Hundred - walking from Lands End to John O'Groats via 100 Howdens depots.
The Galashiels depot is part of the route, so Nicky, Mason & I will be walking from Howdens Galashiels to Howdens Bonnyrigg - 41.9km / 26miles on Saturday 5th September.

We are hoping to raise as much money as possible for Movember as it is the world's leading men's health charity, tackling the most pressing issues affecting men and boys, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention.

The need for this work has never been greater:

Testicular cancer rates have doubled in the last 50 years.
1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during their lifetime.
3/4 of all suicides are men, with one man dying by suicide every minute worldwide.
