My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm running the Berlin Marathon and completing Ironman Portugal, two of the hardest things I've ever attempted, three weeks apart, to raise money for Movember.

I'm doing it in honour of my uncle George, who took his own life at the beginning of this year. He was an avid athlete and loved triathlons, so taking on an Ironman and a marathon feels like the right way to carry him with me across every kilometre.

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, tackling prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Too many men are dying too young, and too many are suffering in silence. Every donation helps change that.
