Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Men’s mental health is still a difficult conversation, but it is one we need to keep having. Growing up in South Asia, I understand how deeply ingrained cultural expectations can shape how men deal with emotions. Vulnerability is seen as weakness. You are expected to be the strong one, carry the weight, and never show cracks, even when the pressure is overwhelming.

That mindset doesn’t just disappear. Many of us still bottle up stress, hide our struggles, and suffer in silence. And too often, that silence leads to unhealthy coping mechanisms - or tragic outcomes like suicide.

Thanks to charities like Movember, we’re starting to break that silence.
