Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health – I’m delighted (if not a little apprehensive) to announce this Movember I'm joining them.

I’ve challenged myself to swim 60 km over the course of 2 months – for those who know me, know, this is a mammoth personal challenge.
I’ll be averaging a 1 km pool swim per day – that’s 50 lengths in a 20 meter pool (per day). I’ll be completing my challenge in different locations thus the length of the pool will vary and I may go for a few extra lengths at times in order to have a weekly rest day (or 2!). I’ll be posting weekly updates and all my swims are recorded via my swim app.

The significance of 60 km represents the shocking fact we loose 60 men EVERY HOUR to suicide.

Help me stop men dying too young.
