My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

On 17th September 2019 our mate Patrick/Paddy/Pat/Patsy ended his battle with mental illness. Whilst the last 2 years have been filled with sadness, I have taken great comfort in how our wider group of friends have helped support one another, sharing memories of what a great guy Patrick was.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

With the pandemic putting further strain on mental health, and charities struggling financially, join me in raising a small bit for this great cause. In the lead up to Paddy's 2nd Anniversary and my first marathon, I will of course be growing a ginger Mo over the sweaty summer months, and perhaps even a mullet to match. "Its what Pat would have wanted"
