My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Testicular cancer

Movember has helped me through cancer, and helped to highlight the mental health impact that it caused later on. We all need to support each other and raise awareness of men's physical and mental health issues. Movember helps us all to do that in our own ways.

Now I want to support others who need help in whatever way is right for them.

How I'm
getting involved

£9,004 Team funds raised

running
23.05 kilometres
I'm useless at running. It's something I keep meaning to start for my own physical and mental health. This Movember I am running 10k in the Cardiff Mo-run to show it doesn't take much to start

Twas the night before Movember, when all through the land,
Not a whisker was stirring, not one single strand.
The razors were readied by the sink with care,
In hopes that a smooth-to-be face would soon be there.
The Mo Bros and Sisters were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Mo glory ran through their heads.

Yes folks, the hairiest month of the year begins TOMORROW!!

Hopefully all the plans for your team’s campaigns are in place, and if not – there is still time to recruit, make plans and build hype. Last year the sports challenge made a serious impact, and we’re gonna do it all again this year.

BE THE DIFFERENCE IN MOVEMBER 2024!

This rubbish weather is making it hard to get out and about. Most of my km covered has been indoors on the Wattbike in the garage which is helping my health, but not getting me out in the fresh air.

We do have the Movember CC weekly ride every Wednesday at 1830 GMT on Zwift though that everyone is welcome to come and join.

109 Week(s) Ago

After some days dealing with things that put me behind schedule I have caught up again today. The weather has not been on my side though, so grateful for the Wattbike and Zwift!

Note: As donations can be made privately, not all donations are displayed to the public.
