My motivation

Onto the 5th year of campaigning so men don't die quietly. And that it is OK to not be ok. I've swam The English Channel in a relay to raise money for Movember in 2022 and 2023. Now onto the Solo in 2025.

There's more to life than thinking it's better to suffer and hide medical diagnosis, psychological diagnosis and other issues.

I can proudly say I have suffered with my head in the past and that I can say I'm still here and still wanting to raise awareness.
