My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Now more than ever, we need to break the stigma surrounding mental health and in particular, mens mental health. We are all guilty as blokes for bottling up our feelings but by supporting each other we can make a change.
I understand that times are hard financially for many people right now but please give what you can to this important cause. Also, please try to reach out to friends and family and check that they are okay. You never know who is struggling and your message could make the difference.
Remember, its okay to not be okay. If anyone ever wants to chat, I am more than happy to listen. Beers are in the fridge and coffee is always ready - i'll drink either with you.
