Testicular cancer
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention
Men's health

2026 will be my 12th year fundraising for Movember, and to celebrate I’ll be running the Paris Marathon for this amazing charity!

Every year that's gone by this decade has seen more and more people in my life be affected by one of the men's health issues that Movember tackles.

All three of those issues which the Movember Foundation advocate for are taboo. We should talk about mental health struggles, self-test for testicular cancer and take the easy tests available for prostate cancer. I shout this from the rooftops for 30 days every November so less men will die young.

If you're reading this and thinking "donating money? In this economy?!", I completely understand. You can help Movember by speaking to your friends and family about how they're *actually* doing, asking them to feel their balls in the shower and insisting they book a meeting to test for prostate cancer. Every conversation had, cent donated and test taken is a win that stops men from dying too young.

getting involved
To celebrate a decade of fundraising for Movember, last year I had the Mo logo tattooed on me. This year, I’ll be running the Paris marathon in support of the life-saving work they do!
