My motivation

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

The pressures of life are ever increasing and we need to create a safe environment where people feel that they can discuss any issues they may be having.

Final day folks, thank you to everyone that has donated so far. To everyone else please donate what you can please. We have to look after each other so make sure you are checking in on people, even if they have a sturdy tough exterior. You never know what someone is going through.

Hey Folks,
It is that time of year again, where I sport some face fluff to raise awareness about men’s health.

We have had a troubling couple of years so we need to support our fellow community members.

So please give what you can to help this worthy cause.

We are stronger together.

As we enter the final week of Movember, the mo has flourished into a spectacular structure.

Again thanks to everyone that has donated so far. You have helped achieve the target, however keep the donations coming in so that we can smash it.
