Westminster Lodge Leisure team are reaching out to anyone who would like to donate towards men's mental health. We want to encourage those to not suffer in silence but rather speak up and search for support during hard and difficult times.
If you can donate absolute any amount, no matter how small it still can make such a huge change to someones wellbeing and also to any loved ones who also feel the after effects to those who have or are suffering.
Let's get talking and make it more common for men to understand it's OK to seek help in times of uncertainty. You are not alone!
