My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity in men's health and suicide prevention, and this Movember I'm joining them in raising money to combat this issue that I imagine has touched far too many of us.

Male suicides have consistently accounted for approximately three-quarters of all suicides in the UK since the mid-1990s and we are witnessing more of them than ever. As well as fundraising we're aiming to start more open conversations around this area.

I've been personally close to the issue since losing my own best friend, Adam, to suicide during our time at university together and having the feeling that we needed to do more to help young men open more conversations around mental health, relieving feelings of pressure and anxiety and de-stigmatising seeking help.
