My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men and has had an impact on my family personally - 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime.
Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 45 - there is still a societal stigma around mental health issues that make it difficult for many young men to seek advice or support.
Movember is working to prevent men dying too young, and I want to help them get there.
