My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Our family has been affected by prostate cancer this year, it's been as positive an outcome as we could have hoped for following a cancer diagnosis, but it has still been a period of uncertainty and worry. We're incredibly grateful for the prompt and effective treatment provided through the NHS despite the ongoing pandemic. We're therefore doing our bit to support early diagnosis, patient care afterwards and raising awareness for men's health in general.

I am planning to run 5km every day as a personal challenge as well as growning a moustache. 5km on its own is a relatively easy run for me, but I haven't run 2 days in a row for months and I've never run every day for a week never mind a month. Please join me in supporting this worthy cause and to the gents reading this; keep talking, don't be scared to open up about your mental health and check your balls.

Well done Ben. Really liked how you coupled it with running. Definitely setting the standard there. Now i'm working from home, the wife see's me more and imagine the same would be true for your wife having to see that tash every day.
