My MOtivation is to help change the face of men's health and cultivate the funkiest and most distinguished upper lip this side of the Bristol Suspension Bridge.

Movember fundraisers are a global community of fired up Mo Bros and Mo Sisters - aka rock stars making a difference in mental health and suicide prevention, Prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

It's time to stand up - in one final, whole-hearted display for the men who continue to die from preventable causes.

Like a half-mast flag flown for those lost, a Half-Mast Mo pays homage to the men who should have been by our side this Movember by shaving down one half of our Mo’s today.
