My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

2 and a half years since my diagnosis of Prostate Cancer and 2 years since my operation and although I am still under treatment am still fighting - feeling well and on track.

Movember remains close to my heart as the support received from all my donations and the kind words received make such a difference. - I can see that the money raised by Movember makes a very big difference to all of us.

But remember the biggest message I want to convey is get yourself checked. If I hadn't of done then my journey could have been so different

This year I have created a team with new Mo growers wanting to make a difference to men's health however we do know that there are many charities out there so remember support what is important to you

Remember also - that globally, more than 1.4M men are diagnosed with prostate cancer each year. Movember is working to halve the number of deaths from prostate cancer by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
