My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer

To help the 1 in 8 men who will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lives. My Dad lost his fight with prostate cancer a few years ago and this made me want to promote Men's Health.

I see an increase in mental health issues due to “Long COVID", issues linked to employment and the so called permacrisis that features daily in the news. The challenge as always is men tend not to tackle this issue of mental health and brush it aside whilst others witness or suffer from behavioral changes. I am now glad to see Movember promoting the need for men to face up to stress and mental health issues. I believe we all need to "buddy up" and keep a watch on each other and be prepared to step in and support when required.
