My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men's health, so this Movember I'm raising really important funds to help tackle the biggest men's health issues: mental health awareness, suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. Our fathers, brothers, partners, friends and colleagues are facing a health crisis, yet it’s rarely talked about. And the ongoing Covid pandemic and other pressures of modern life are, I think, only making things worse.

I'm particularly raising funds for Movember this year in memory of an ex-colleague of mine at RES, who tragically took his own life in May 2021 following the sudden onset of a serious mental health illness. Gerd was a wonderful, intelligent, kind, generous, calm and gifted man, who leaves behind a young family and many close friends and colleagues now struggling to come to terms with such a huge loss.

Please be as generous as you can and help me stop men dying too young.

Movember Europe is a registered charity in both England/Wales and Scotland.
