My motivation

I'll be donning a dreadful Mo this Movember to raise awareness of mens health issues. Particularly in support of blokes suffering from anxiety and depression.

In addition to raising awareness of Mens Health issues, and in the spirit of improving my own health, I'm going to ditch the booze for the duration of Movember. No champagne for the Melbourne Cup and no beer at the work Xmas Party!
