On Friday afternoon, Friday 15th May, Beryl Shepherd, a 78-year-old Grandmother from Portsmouth, abseiled down the 170metre Spinnaker Tower.  This incredible effort from the Chairman of the Portsmouth U3A was to raise money for the Movember Foundation.

She has raised an impressive £1,050.00 to date and you can still sponsor her here: www.justgiving.com/Beryl-Shepherd.

Isn't Beryl bloody great? What guts this Mo Sista must have to tackling such a mammoth feat that people half her age may tremble over - we love her at Mo HQ! She is a fantastic example of how our passionate community can have an impact on the face of men's health by raising funds for the Movember Foundation year round.
