My motivation

Mamuśka! is returning with an even bigger and sexier team this year to raise money for testicular and prostate cancer research and treatment, men's mental health and whatever else these nutters at Movember have added in this year.

We want to encourage UK GPs to start checking prostates. Seriously!!! What's the hang up???

While I personally have no problem with crying at John Lewis ads, I will strengthen the body this month to strengthen my mind.
