2025 and yet another year of writing this blurb to persusade all of you to give us some of your hard earned cash. Six years ago I was privileged to be asked to be one of the faces of Movember and it’s continued to haunt me with people sending pics of my face on toilet doors, taxis, billboards, magazines and social media! I was given the moniker of “The Itchy One” (yes, it definitely only refers to the tache!) and three years ago, I was also given the title of “The Married One” informally… And every one of those years, I’ve been thankful that Movember gave me the tools and knowledge to recognise when something was wrong and allow me to have these experiences.

This year I'm back with a bang and excited to help the team to bang the metaphorical Movember drum and get out there to educate all types of audiences on awareness of testicular cancer.

And it's important as the need for funds continues so please remember the great work Movember does. Every 6 minutes a man is diagnosed with testicular cancer. The “one offs”, the “no ballers”, MoBros and MoSisters are a supportive and kind bunch - don’t be scared to reach out if you need me or them. Hearing the word cancer is hard and it's a road no one should walk on alone.
