My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence - it’s often hard to spot the signs of poor mental health. Every 60 seconds a man takes his own life across the planet! I’m raising funds to support Movember to boost awareness of important mens health issues.

I lost my dear dad to late-diagnosed prostate cancer on the last day of Movember 2017. He’d bravely battled the cancer for 3 years - early diagnosis could have changed everything!

Movember is doing crucial work for prostate cancer - encouraging men to get themselves checked out before it’s too late, developing enhanced urine-based testing to replace less reliable PSA, and running post-prostatectomy treatment programmes to support the guys who’ve lived to tell the tale.
