My motivation

Hi friends and family we all know somebody who is either dealing with mental health or has dealt with it in the past. Its a growing worry but as more and more people talk to each other about it we can help those that dont feel they can help themselves. Myself Dean Duffy and Haywood France are going to do a coast to coast walk across parts of Hadrians Wall approx 90 miles over 3 days/nights from Carlisle to Newcastle. We will be camping in the woods through the night marching on through the day. Hopefully we can raise some funds and awareness this year for all the dads, brothers, sons and mates in our lives that deal with Mental health issues. We have all had experiences that affect us mentally but most of us try to suck it up and carry on. We have set ourselves a big target this year so we need your help. Please donate to support this mental health charity. We wont let you down. Thank you.

Well after a couple of days recovery we are ready to share our experience with you. This has been the hardest thing any of us have ever done. The pain we have put ourselves through you just can't imagine mile after mile. First and foremost we would like to thank each and everyone of you that has donated, you are all truly amazing and we can't thank you enough. Second we would like to thank all those that helped us out along the way, not just locals who I will tag in my Facebook post who really helped us out with food and water, your generosity and kindness was overwhelming. Also people at home giving us those words of encouragement when we was at our lowest points. We all hit walls and that little thought of failure was crushing at times after the support we have received. We absolutely gave it our all and after 3 hard days and nights sleeping rough in hammocks we called it a day after walking 82 miles. Thank you Katy at Movember for all you guidance and support. We hope we have done you all proud. Thank you.

We are absolutely gobsmacked at the support you have all shown. We have smashed our target with less than 24hrs to go. Thank you everyone for your donations.
