Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

60 London tube stations, completed it mate. 10.5 hours walking. Just under 50km covered. 74,258 (limping) steps. 4,823 calories (of wine & choc) gone.

Week 2 challenge complete: write 60 cards/notes to friends and family. In an age of technology this definitely tested my patience (typing is A LOT quicker than writing) and hand writing skills (mine suck). But if nothing else, it made me feel good to write these!

I work at Mo HQ (have you heard of me? I'm sort of a big deal), I wanted to to say it's great to have you onboard the Mo Train for the first time this year and a HUGE well done on your fundraising, £165 is brilliant, so close to your target already! I know it’s not always easy asking for donations so to help you keep up your Mo-mentum, why not remind people how their donations are making a difference to men’s health? This video is a great way of doing this so why not share it when you ask for donations?

Keep Mo-ing, there’s still a lot to be done before the end of the month.
