Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence, just like my Dad - who committed suicide 4 years ago.
The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

Good start to the morning! Worked out I only need to do around 1040 steps per day until the end of the month to complete, but may as well do more if I can!

This one hurt! Reached the goal AGAIN! The fact I’m still getting generous support this far in is super motivational, thanks everyone!

A sweaty 1500 just before a workout! Also we hit £7000! Amazing, thanks to everyone for their continued support. I have to raise the goal again!

Dear Chris

I just wanted to drop you a quick personal note to thank you for your amazing work in raising funds to stop men dying too young.

As the Global Director, Mental Health and Suicide Prevention at the Movember Foundation, I have had the privilege of speaking with men across the world who have directly benefited from the programs we fund. Some have told me that it’s thanks to these programs that they are alive today. I always tell these guys that it’s thanks to the MoBros and MoSistas from across the world that this important work is made possible, and assure them that that I will pass on this message to you – so on behalf of guys across the world and all of us at Mo HQ – thank you!

We appreciate your ongoing support to help us reduce male suicide by 25% by 2030.

Mo’ On

So, today I'm kicking off my challenge - to Climb the equivalent of Mount Everest on a Stair Master machine at the Gym! That's 36,000 steps - roughly 1200 steps a day!

Wish me luck and leave a donation if you can! I'm doing it raise awareness of Mental Health issues and to help suicide prevention. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence, just like my Dad - who committed suicide 4 years ago.
