My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Prostate cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Very few of you may know my dad has stage 4 prostate cancer, and even fewer know I've lost 4 (male) friends to suicide in recent years. Men's health, especially mental health, is too often neglected. With your support we can make a huge difference in supporting these life limiting conditions.

Across Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd November I'll lift 60 metric tons of weights to represent the 60 men who die from suicide every hour

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

Twas the night before Movember, when all through the land,
Not a whisker was stirring, not one single strand.
The razors were readied by the sink with care,
In hopes that a smooth-to-be face would soon be there.
The Mo Bros and Sisters were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of Mo glory ran through their heads.

Yes folks, the hairiest month of the year begins TOMORROW!!

Hopefully all the plans for your team’s campaigns are in place, and if not – there is still time to recruit, make plans and build hype. Last year the sports challenge made a serious impact, and we’re gonna do it all again this year.

BE THE DIFFERENCE IN MOVEMBER 2024!
