Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I can't run a marathon... because I'm a lazy, lazy man, but I don't mind looking like a complete idiot for charity. So, with that in mind, I'm shaving my beard off for the first time in over TEN YEARS, and I'm growing the 'tash of a lifetime!

Why?
Because I’m seeing more and more people suffering from mental health issues, and I want to help as much as I can.
