My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Most men struggle a lot with mental health and suicide, so it’s about breaking the stigma and ensuring people know it’s ok to not be ok. Now more than ever.

Cancer has affected and sadly taken people we know and love in mine and my friend’s lives. It’s so important for men to regularly check their testicles and get prostate exams. Again there can be a stigma around this.

Donations help hugely, no matter what the amount, but awareness is crucial also. Movember is a great cause, it’s so much more than silly moustaches and raising some money.

So please donate if you can, but more importantly please keep raising awareness and ask the men in your lives to not keep everything to themselves and regularly get checked.
