My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence.
After seeing first hand, close friends and family members struggling alone with their mental health issues, I feel compelled to raise awareness and help remove the stigma around mental health.

For those that know me well enough, know that I'll grow a 'tash' for such important reasons like its a Tuesday & that I style myself on a young Tom Selleck. So in addition to growing a horrible 'tash' to raise awareness, I'll be undertaking the Marcothon (a month early) thats running 5km every day for the month, amassing 150km (just think of the laundry I'm going to have to do).

Movember is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.
